Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise a team of IT staffs to support all business units, departments and overseas subsidiaries IT systems
- Monitor network utilization and performance, implements procedures for network optimization, reliability, and availability
- Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes, prepare and manage IT department budget
- Manage and maintain ERP system and database
- Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
- Designing, developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation
- Ensure security of data, network access, develop and execute disaster procedures and maintain data backups
- Reporting line: IT HOD
- Team & no. of subordinates: 2 subordinates
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT operations management in managerial capacity
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, cloud computing, cyber-security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems
- Experience in ERP system implementation and administration
- Oracle Netsuite ERP and Microsoft 365 platform administration experience is an added advantage
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices
