Growth Marketing Intern - Marketing Technology, Regional Brand & Growth Marketing (Summer 2024)

Job Description:Work with internal Product and Marketing teams to develop, test, launch featuresEducate internal marketing teams on how to use platforms and introduce new featuresDevelop and maintain product user manuals and product feature calendarsAssist in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features. Coordinate test plans with internal Product and Marketing teams to ensure features are live on timeSupport day-to-day operations and maintenance of marketing platformsAssist in troubleshooting, resolving product issues and answering user inquiries in a timely mannerGenerate business insights or product ideas from user feedback, qualitative and quantitative analysisRequirements:Bachelor Degree and above in Business Management, Marketing or any related fieldGood understanding of digital marketing/marketing productsGood stakeholder management, communication and writing skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)Full time preferred, PT minimum 3 working days
