Growth Product Manager

Key Accountabilities Work with different departments to identify growth opportunities across our businesses Develop strategies to seize these opportunities Define priorities based on effort and impact, opportunity size and confidence level Lead cross-functional teams in defining and implementing tests quickly Evaluate the results and make adjustments Structure processes based on the results Facilitate SEO best practices and be the point person on providing central services and tools to super-charge our SEO growth Help analyze and monitor key competitors, develop growth strategies to strengthen our market leader position Train Content Writer, UI/UX Designer, Digital Marketers, Developers, and other relevant teams on SEO best practices and conversion optimization. Document SEO lessons learned to improve iCar Asia's overall SEO knowledge and strategy Translate growth strategies and product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements, including features, user stories and acceptance test criteria Prioritise and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing the requirements of stakeholders Develops and maintains appropriate tracking and reporting of product performance postlaunch, to evaluate future investmentPROVIDING SERVICES RELATING TO WEBSITE ADVERTISEMENT; EXECUTE ALL KINDS OF COMMERCIAL TRADING INCLUDING BUYING AND SELLING OF MOTOR VEHICLESDiploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5
