**Key Responsibilities **- Review, analyze and evaluate business systems (GCRS/1AML/ReSS) and business user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies.- Acquire costing from GT team within scope of project.- To serve as a liaison between stakeholders/users and development team.- Facilitate meetings with business users and developers to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.- Validate proposed solutions to technical and business problems in relation to current and future business environment, reconciling business requirements with technical solutions.- Monitors deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.- Work with various parties to implement and deliver changes or enhancement of the system.- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.- Assist in business process redesign and technical documentation for internal reference.Any other responsibilities/tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.**Job Specification ***Qualifications**:- (Basic Degree/Diploma etc)- Bachelor's Degree.- Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing requirements- PPM / Prince or any of its equivalent.- Relevant Work Experience- Experience in project management within banking industry.- Knowledge of full software lifecycle development and experience in large and complex systems within the financial sectors.**Required Competencies and Skills *Competencies/Skills- (Essential to succeed in this job)- Ability to manage stakeholder.- Team Leadership, dynamics and a good team player.- Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to interface effectively with senior business users and IT.
