In your new role you will: 1- Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process 2- Work as a team between Manufacturing / MNT / UPE / LBS / Technology / Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions 3- Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow 4- Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management 5- Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools 6- Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP) 7- Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projectsYou are best equipped for this task if you have: B- achelor or Master degree in an engineering discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, Nuclear Science) D- egree of knowledge of internal interdependencies (organization, work flow, customers, suppliers) E- xtent of people management responsibility (allocation of work, training, mentoring, development, budget) A- bility to identify and resolve problems B- y quality of own service / performance S- trong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of employeesIn our wafer production in Kulim we are producing more than 100.000 wafer each month.D**riving decarbonization and digitalization.
