Guest Relation Executive

**REQUIREMENTS**- Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.- Ability to engage with guests whilst anticipating guest needs.- Highly energetic and approachable personality.- High level of inquisitiveness and initiative.- Ability to multi-task.- Prior experience in in guest relations role in the hospitality industry would be an added advantage.**RESPONSIBILITY**- Welcome and eagerly anticipate whilst assist in guest needs and enquiries.- Updates guest history with all relevant information learnt about the guest during their stay. i.e. Likes / dislikes, food & beverage preference, etc. ensure that the guest history profile is updated and accurate and keyed in according to standards.- Performs room assignments for VIP guests and VIP groups.
