We are looking for Guest Relations Officer - Korea Duties: Responsible for ensuring all guests especially Korean are enjoy with positive and memorable experience in the resort. To anticipate guest needs and handle inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner. Take full responsibility of ensuring all issues pertaining to guest satisfaction are met. Proactive and innovative suggesting alternatives that meet guest needs and to ensure they are delighted all the time. Requirement: Fluent in oral and written in Korea and English. Able to speak in other language is an added advantage Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent. Minimum 2 years in supervisory position with experience and knowledge of Front Office / Guest Relations. Pleasant personality with effective interpersonal skills and strong customer relations skills.
