ISO renewal & maintaining system- HACCP & GMP renewal and maintaining compliance- Update, establish document, manual- To monitor maintenance & calibration (internal, external calibration)- Monitor premise & workers hygiene, sanitation & cleanliness- To assist audit from authority and customers- To assist customers complaints- Monitor and verified all records, CCP- To conduct Halal awareness training and necessary training- To schedule workers for necessary training, etc food handler training, induction training- Monitor validity of thyphoid injection of all workers- To monitor pest control program (Internal & external)- To create and update product specification, recipe- To conduct yearly mock recall, product recall by request- Establish & verify process flow chart for new and current products- Monitor chemical usage and stocks- To arrange schedule of food testing/sensory analysis (Internal/External)Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
