**Date**:4 Apr 2024**Location**: MY**Company**:Baba Products**Job Summary (Brief summary of Job Responsibility)**:Assist the overall running of Halal compliance setup to the organization.**Job Description (List of task carried out)**:- To do Halal daily inspection and monitor Halal Critical Point (HCP) at the factories.- To carry out the internal Halal audit, CAR issuance report and subsequent follow-ups for the maintenance of Halal Assurance System.- To assist on typhoid vaccination and record keeping.- To monitor weekly factory cleaning during cleaning process.- To assist on Halal documentation and maintain Halal file accordingly.- To assist on entertain JAKIM/JAIS officer (s) upon auditing/enforcement.- To check for compliance for procedures followed strictly according to Malaysia Halal Standard requirements.- To assist in exhibition when require.- Compile reports and take instruction from Halal Affairs Manager time to time.**Education Requirement**:- Degree in any related field.- Certified Halal Executive by Halal Proffesional Board (HPB).**Skills Requirement**:- Computer skills.- Problem solving skills.
