Job Description:- Overseeing the maintenance and repair of properties, including electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance- Inspecting properties regularly to identify and address maintenance and repair needs- Coordinating with outside vendors and contractors to perform repairs and maintenance as needed- Managing maintenance budgets and ensuring cost-effective solutions- Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize property value- Managing a team of technicians and providing training and support as needed- Communicating regularly with property owners, tenants, and management to ensure high-quality service and timely resolution of issues- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and repair activities**Requirements**:- 3 years of experience in related field- Strong technical skills and knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance- Proven experience managing a team of technicians and coordinating with outside vendors and contractors- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong organizational and time management skills- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines- Professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethicContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusExpected Start Date: 04/01/2024
