Job Description

•Responsible for the direction and coordination of our quarantine guest meal for packed breakfast, lunch and dinner and prefer for Malaysian cuisine, Indian vegetarian, Gluten free and diabetes menu. Must understand guest allergy requirements.

•Inspection of kitchen areas to observe working conditions, cleanliness, methods and progress of preparation and production, to ensure all areas meet health, work and safety regulations

•Develop quarantine healthy menus, and supervision standards for F&B operations

•Ensures food quality and safety by establishing and maintaining effective inventory, order, receiving, storage, and food production control systems that maintain on-going compliance with all applicable requirements of local regulatory agencies

•Ensures cost-effective service delivery through active participation in the development and on-going monitoring of the operating and capital budgets for area of responsibility

Work Experience

•Diploma / Degree in Culinary

•Minimum 10 years’ experienced as an Executive / Head Chef in 4 Star Hotel orwith high volume hotel

•Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

•Able to work as a business partner in an operations team and contribute to the success of the business

•Foster a positive team environment and provide strong leadership
