Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer. Provide supports to full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, safety and health, HR reporting, relevant administration and all HR matters and issues. Provide a range of HR advices and supports to senior management and employees on all HR matters. Assist in developing, implementing and monitoring HR procedures, systems, policies and best practices, and monitor adherence and compliance. Provide guidance to staff for effective work arrangement. Provide supports to senior management to address people impact on business strategies and decisions, including recommend appropriate people management solutions in relation to organizational development. Work closely with the Chief Operating Officer and HR Consultant in the development of high functioning team and work environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration or other related field Minimum five (5) years' experience in Human Resources Management or related discipline, with good understanding of Employment Act and Malaysia Labour Law. Proven experience in leadership with exposure to broad range of HR techniques and practices. Demonstrated experience in developing and managing HR processes, systems and policies. Excellent analytical skills including the ability to analyse issues, and develop and implements innovative solutions to problems and to improve organisational effectiveness that support company's objectives and goals. Excellent HR skills and knowledge, e.g. recruitment (both local and foreign workers), employee relations, workforce planning and etc. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malay language, including the ability to deliver communication internally and externally, and the ability to prepare written reports, policies, actions plans and other reports as required. Immediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of products, e.g. Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point are essential.
