Head Of Financial Accounting

Job Description:  Lead and manage the Company's and Postal Group's financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and yearly management accounts. Review the accuracy and completeness of financial records, such as the General Ledger and Fixed Asset listing.  Manage and review financial analysis to provide insights for decision-making.  Oversee the implementation of new accounting standards and regulations related to Finance, ensuring compliance and efficiency in accounting processes.  Ensure timely submission of financial information and manage and review Related Party Transactions within the Group.  Maintain close liaison with external auditor to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.    Job Requirements:  Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or any other related field or professional qualifications such as ACCA is preferred.  Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a managerial role.  Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards, bursa money market listing requirements, financial regulations, and reporting standards.  Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.  Proven track record of driving innovation and process improvements.  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
