JOB REQUIREMENTDegree holder in HSE, Engineering or Science related disciplineMinimum 5 years working experience in Operational Excellence, Safety, Health and Environment in chemicals manufacturing industry.Experience as Management Representative (MR) for ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management system. In-depth knowledge on related Malaysian occupational, safety, health and environmental such as FMA, OSHA, Fire Services Act, Poison Act and Regulations, Trade Description Act and others.Obtain Safety and Health Officer certification and register with DOSH is added advantage.JOB SPECIFICATIONResponsible to strategies, develop, review, implement and monitor Chemicals Business' Sustainability Blueprint and processes are conform and in line with regulatory requirements, local and international standards, Code of Practices, industry best practices.Represent CCM Chemicals as liason officer with external statutory and regulatory agencies such as Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH), Department of Environment (DOE), Fire and Rescue Department (BOMBA), PDRM, Pasir Gudang City Council (MPPG), SIRIM and others in ensuring conformance to all statutory and standards requirements.Responsible in ensuring sustenance of HSE in accordance to international and national requirements namely ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and Process Safety Management.Responsible in strategising and ensuring Product Stewardship Programme for customers, staff and relevant government agencies are carried out which includes product handling training for all staff, customers and government agencies such as BOMBA, new customer installation audit, existing customers maintainance audit and mock drill at customer premises and during transportation.Strategise and formulate programme for all staff including the top management to enhance the awareness, leadership and ownership to achieve interdependent HSE culture which aim to be Best-In-Class company.Responsible to strategise and ensuring CCM Chemicals Division producing Global Product Safety Summary for manufactured products as required by the International Council of Chemical Association (ICCA) though CICM.Advise and assist Transport and Distribution Dept on transportation and driver safety programme.Leverage expertise on Responsible Care Programme to customers which require assistance in establishing and reviewing the RCP implementation at respective organisation.Strategise and enhance stakeholders' relationship between CCM Chemicals with government and regulatory agencies, customers and community through the realisation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programme and collaboration in relevant programme/activities.Location : Pasir Gudang, Johor#JPKR#JPKR
