The role may include additional APAC level responsibilities such as industry or competency leadership. Experience & Skills P&L Scale: The individual will have previously managed a P&L of suitable scale in terms of both revenue and number of employees. Malaysia/ASEAN Network: The individual will have a track record of operating at the highest levels (C-Suite/Board Level) of Malaysia headquartered businesses. Network in countries like Thailand and Indonesia will be a plus Breadth of Offerings: Strong breadth of experience managing divisions across multiple functions and verticals. The individual will not be wedded to one sector (i.e., banking) or one solution (i.e., infrastructure). Growth Orientation: Career trajectory that includes significant sales leadership and a track record of growth. Will be able to draw on tangible examples of where the individual has transformed an organization or its go to market strategy in order to drive more efficient growth. Leadership / General Management: The individual will understand how to lead and drive impactful change within a complex matrix of scale. Ideally this individual will have previous experience leading an autonomous business unit or region.
