Overview: Anytime Fitness Asia seeks a visionary Head of Marketing to spearhead our integrated marketing strategy, propelling brand growth across multiple markets. This leadership role demands creativity, commercial acumen, and the ability to drive cross-functional and cross-cultural initiatives, significantly impacting our revenue and brand presence. Key Responsibilities: Lead the marketing team, crafting and executing annual marketing plans tailored to regional and market-specific goals, covering PR, digital, offline, events, partnerships, trade marketing, and branding. Manage marketing budgets, measure campaign performances against ROI and KPIs, and foster a high-performance creative team culture. Champion the Anytime Fitness brand, ensuring alignment with our core values and strategic positioning, and enhancing our reputation among stakeholders. Support franchisee profitability and network growth through strategic marketing support, tools, and resources. Requirements: A minimum of 10 years in marketing management and leadership, with broad knowledge across marketing, franchising, and Pan-Asia operations. Experience in the fitness industry highly desirable. Outstanding creativity, analytical skills, and ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
