Job Responsibilities : Lead and develop Offline marketing strategy, tactics to and campaigns translate and implement Power Tools brand strategies and Marketing Concepts on all offline touchpoints Lead and develop the Offline Marketing team Region Asia, Middle East & Africa Ensure consistent implementation of offline touchpoints in countries and achievement of Marketing ROI Being key point of contact and work closely with Global Business Unit counterparts, Regional Sales team to drive impactful user & dealer interactions and marketing & sales processes. Job Tasks : Planning: Create synergies by understanding country and market requirements, consolidating them and creating solutions that fit needs while being standardized to ensure efficient operations. Ensures touchpoint management is based on regional user journey insights and thorough analysis of market, competitor and user behavior Collaborate with regional marketing & local sales teams to design & deliver effective campaign execution that deliver measurable results across all user & dealer touchpoints. Represent region in cross-Business Unit / regional offline touchpoint related projects. Campaigns: Ensure availability of offline related marketing assets for ongoing campaigns in the right quality, quantity, time and price across the region. Help marketing managers in countries to do so in an efficient way. Effectively adapting global creative brand content, localize and validate translations of key content. Optimize processes to reach results (e.g. ordering and logistics, minimize overstock of POSM materials) Results: Ensure PR, Events, Point of Sales Material including prints and merchandise are steered in a consistent way across the region and meeting business needs Ensure consistent brand(s) message & design is deployed throughout touchpoints by working closely with country marketing teams. Manage regional marketing budgets effectively, tracking performance metrics and ROI to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Qualifications What distinguishes you! Expertise: Relevant University degree (Bachelor, Master) – Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field Demonstrated experience (4+ years minimum) in marketing, channel management, preferably within the (power) tools industry or a related field. Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior and offline relevant touchpoints such as PR, Events, Point of Sales Material including prints and merchandise. Experience in developing and executing marketing assets and activities Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners. Ability to confidently present objectives and desired outcomes to leadership and cross functional teams. Ability to influence, consult and negotiate without authority to get things done in a timely matter. Very good English both written and verbal, Chinese is a plus Managerial Skills: 2+ years in organization leadership and team development: Able to influence stakeholders across the countries and organization through interpersonal communication and collaboration - experience working cross-culturally in a matrix organization. Resourcefulness and ability to anticipate issues and work through them in a collaborative and proactive way. Strong numeric skill set, able to analyze data, understand trends & measure success of programs in order to optimize results. Experience of handling marketing budgets and related KPIs Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and industry best practices. Experience with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.) Independent working ability, attentive to details.
