Head, Performance Marketing We are looking for an exceptional Head of Performance Marketing to develop a world-class performance marketing operation that can scale our user base across Malaysia. Responsibilities Lead the growth and performance marketing strategies of the company, across all products Build and manage acquisition campaigns across various channels, including social, SEM, and display to drive revenue and increase ROAS. Analyze and optimize campaign performance based on data-driven insights and strategy using quantitative analysis. Identify marketing performance issues and pinpoint the root cause analysis with the help of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar etc Understand new and relevant KPI metrics requirements for performance management and optimization purposes. Work with creative and marketing teams to test strategies and innovation. Deliver quantifiable ROI and cost-per-conversion (CPA) improvements across all channels. Requirements More than 3 years of working experience in Social media Ads, Paid Search execution - Campaign set-up, Optimization & Reporting High level of expertise with Meta Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics.
