Based In Based In Headquarter - Subang Jaya, Selangor Responsibilities: To lead and oversee contractual matters pertaining to pre-contract and post-contract to sub-contractors and procurements.To lead commercial comparison and to ensure subcontract/procurement award within budget allocated.To supervise tender/quotation recommendation and award approval and work order/letter of appointment.To monitor and verify subcontractor's/supplier's payment recommendation certificate duly prepared by project Quantity Surveyor.To liaise with Finance & Accounts Department in monitoring and analyzing claims submission to clients and claims received from subcontractors.To advise Project Manager for any contractual issues including drafting reply.Accountable for the profitability of the projects undertaken by the department.Oversee the effective selection and evaluation of subcontractors/supplier, giving particular emphasis to quality and environment requirements.To lead and manage department's daily operationsTo ensure conduct and work is in compliance with ISO requirements and company's policies/regulations/ procedures. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying, Degree in Business Studies/Administration/ Management or related discipline.Minimum 15 years of related working experiences with 5 years in managerial role.Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques, cost estimate and construction contract.Skill in designing and enhancing procurement & contracts related SOP.Strong market awareness of water/waste water industry construction costing is an advantage.
