• Experience in running MQA academic program • Review, update and prepare lesson plans, assignments and class discussion in compliance with Alfa’s code of practice. • Conduct and deliver quality lectures, tutorials, discussion, workshop, consultancy and other means of learning facilitation professionally and effectively to students • Supervise undergraduate’s student and responsible for students’ academic progress • Consistently monitor and provide feedbacks to students on their performance and to provide academic counselling to students • Involve in general academic administration • Supervise students’ projects; • Participate in community engagement projects towards increasing the SETARA rating of Alfa • Involve in marketing activities such as education fairs, open days and other marketing drives.
