Health Advisor (Client Service Executive)

_**OXYZ Health & Wellness adopts German Holistic Approach for Integrative, Functional and Regenerative Medicine. **_We are looking to hire several job posts to meet with company development in both Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru.**Location**:**Kuala Lumpur - Bangsar Shopping Center****Client Service Executive Duties and Responsibilities**:- Provide high quality health and wellness client care- Perform health and wellness assessements to clients and make sure clients understand the importance of health maintenance and benefits.- Possess a nurturing and kind personality and display excellent communication skills- Initiate contact and interaction with potential and existing clients to introduce health programmes- Works closely with a team of Staff Nurses and Health Care Practitioners to ensure best health of clients.- Collaborates with other health care team members to develop healthcare plans that promote continuity for clients as they receive complementary and alternative health care- Participate in various marketing activities to promote products and services and acquire new customers and leads- Provide follow up and customer care and maintain good relationship with repeating clients- Maintain good interations with customers and follow up on customer enquiries, complaints and services experience with company CRM system- Assist doctors as and when required during the consultation and treatments- Continuously develop professional skills in health and wellness field- _**Subject to sales commission, team operation incentive, bonus, and many professional development**_- _**This is a sales consultant role in health and wellness industry**_- _**Training provided**_Requirement:- Diploma or equivalent- Post qualification health and wellness experience- Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment- Continue professional development activities- Good speaking in English and/or Chinese- Passionate & Dedicated to health & wellness.- Consultation & Evaluating client's health and wellness, and nutritional needs**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM3,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- Sales: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Chinese (preferred)- English (preferred)
