Health Food Manufacturer Customer Support

**Position Overview**:We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Specialist with basic knowledge in food technology, nutrition and manufacturing process to join our team. This role focuses on coordinating with internal teams and supporting existing customers by providing product knowledge, handling orders, packaging, samples and production scheduling.**Key Responsibilities**:l Provide detailed product knowledge and support to existing customers.l Handle and process customer orders efficiently.l Coordinate with internal teams (Product Development, Production, Sales) to ensure customer requirements are met.l Work with customers' suppliers to manage packaging materials and other related needs.l Develop and assist in marketing proposals and customer support materials.l Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.l Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.**Qualifications**:l High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or related field is preferred.l Minimum of 2 years of experience in related field, preferably in the health food or nutraceutical industry.l Basic knowledge of food technology or nutrition.l Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes.l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.l Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.l Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.l Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Join us in supporting our mission to provide innovative health food products that promote wellness and nutrition for our customers!Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 06/03/2024
