Job OverviewKey Responsibilities- **Project Planning and Execution**: Develop detailed project plans, outlining phases, tasks, timelines, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.- **Stakeholder Management**: Liaise with stakeholders including executive leadership, product owners, development teams, and external partners to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.- **Team Leadership**: Lead cross-functional teams of developers, designers, QA testers, and other project staff. Provide direction, support, and motivation to team members.- **Risk Management**: Identify potential project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and implement solutions to address project challenges.- **Quality Assurance**: Oversee the quality of deliverables and ensure they meet the company's standards and stakeholder expectations.- **Communication**: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress, challenges, and changes.- **Budget Management**: Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.- **Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate project management processes and practices, implementing improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.**Qualifications**:- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
