The Job

In this role, you will be assisting the GM to ensure the smooth operations of the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance

You will be responsible for :
Liaising with GM on room rates/collaborations Managing rosters for all staff. Performing audits on accounts Performing quality checks on housekeeping Ensuring staff adheres to checklists and upholds top cleanliness level Handling any housekeeping-related complaints with world-class customer services Creating a detailed schedule for maintenance Ensuring all major and minor repairs are done in a timely manner
The Profile
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry Working knowledge of the Symphony system is mandatory You are able to work independently and as a team. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills You are able to work on 6 working days including public holidays and weekends. You are willing to be based in Cambodia.
