Hotel Sales & Marketing Executive

Prepare a quotation within 24 hours.- Oversee activities that attract client patronage and maximum profit for hotels.- Make lists of potential clients or groups and conduct survey to discover customers actively seeking hotel services.- Place calls or arrange meetings with potential clients to identify their requirements and needs.- Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients, highlighting their hotel service features and qualities.- Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that meets their specification.- Overseeing the booking and reservation of space in a hotel and collaborating with other hotel staff to ensure clients have a good stay/event at the hotel.- To monitor the customer service quality of hotels to ensure clients are tended appropriately.- Coordinate and organize the details of an event, such as the seating arrangement, catering, lodging, and security.- To maintain contact with clients in order to obtain feedback and discuss opportunities for future business deal.- To conduct assessment of sales performance to make necessary adjustments for boosting patronage.- To assist Sales Manager to set annual budgets and implement strategies effective for achieving set targets.- Perform any other duties that may require by Management from time to time.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Rotational shiftSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)- Sales: 1 year (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- English (required)Ability to Commute:- Ipoh (required)Ability to Relocate:- Ipoh: Relocate before starting work (required)Expected Start Date: 11/24/2023
