Household & Gadget Technician

**Responsibilities**- Detect, analyze and repair the defective products.- Provide online trouble shooting assistance whenever needed by other team members (such as online team) and customers.- Manage customers' requirements and expectations by providing accurate feedback and information to customer directly or customer service team.- Compile and monitor products issues and repair cases. Provide feedback of the unusual and repetitive product defect cases to Product team.- Maintain the proper use of repair tools and service centre equipment.- Provide product training to team members.- Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.**Qualifications**- 1 - 2 years of hands on repair experience at service centre for consumer electronics.- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required.- Ability to work with mínimal guidance, a resourceful go-getter who is proactive and handles customers with skills and wit.- Comfortable with using digital technologies to improve work efficiencies and effectiveness.- Strong prioritization, organization, and problem solving skills.- A team player with a high sense of ownership and commitment.
