**Requirements**- **Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia**:- Must possess the Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or Diploma or Certificate in any field- **2 years of working experience as an assistant, secretary, administrative or equivalent**:- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia- Proficient computer skills; Microsoft, Google, Zoom, Canva- Possess strong organizational skills, people management skills, coordination, planning including the ability to manage calendars, household matters, maintain records and files effectively- Excellent active listening, managing and problem solving skills- Interact professionally with all level of Management and staffs- Ready to travel out of office for meetings and job assignments- Possess own transport, valid driving license Class D with a good track record, familiar with roads in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur- Good physical and mental health- A non-smoker- Do not have disciplinary and criminal records- Neatly and professionally presented- Pleasant personality, courteous, honest, trustworthy and reliable- Proactive, able to work independently and calmly under pressure- Able to maintain strict confidentiality for every tasks- Ability to work over the weekend, public holiday and travel if need to arises- Immediate hiring**Responsibility**- Punctual during working hours and good attendance record- Plan and manage the daily, weekly and monthly calendar, meetings, appointments, travel arrangement, personal, household and confidential matters- Act as the point of contact between the superior and everyone from both inside and outside the organisation- Attend meetings, functions with the superior and ensure the superior is well prepared before attending- Take notes, record and follow up minutes of a meeting- Assist in researching and following up with action on matters which fall within the responsibility- Ability to multitask, well-developed time management skills- To ensure all given tasks are being handled professionally and complete in time- Ensuring identities, tasks remain confidential- Neatly presented and dressed appropriately- Adhere professional conduct at all times- To undertake special assignment, ad-hoc functions and related duties as specified by the superior or Management**Benefits**- Provide EPF, SOCSO- Medical Allowance- Annual Leave- Medical Leave- Marriage Leave- Maternity Leave and Performance Bonus- Yearly Bonus- Overtime Pay- Achievement Rewards- **Free Parking****Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to Commute:- Shah Alam (required)Ability to Relocate:- Shah Alam: Relocate before starting work (required)
