Details of the offer

Provide Secretarial support to the Housekeeping Department and perform administrative /clerical duties such as typing, filing, preparation of reports, drafting of simple memorandum.- Maintain the Department filing system and to keep on file accurate records of the following:- Purchase request order.- Maintenance work order and special job order form.- Follow up on all purchase orders, particularly those outstanding.- Department's leave record.- Department monthly report.- Assist to plan and prepare for Department Duty roster.- Prepare and submit staff's overtime claim form.- Process and updating staff annual leave, Public Holiday's leave and Medical leave status.Working hoursMonday to Friday : (9.00am - 5.00pm)Saturday : (9.00am - 1.00pm)**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Meal providedSchedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Kuantan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
