1. Public Area- Cleans and vacuums (if necessary) the public areas, such as washroom, locker room, office area, lobby area, store room, etc.- Cleans and vacuums (if necessary) the restaurants or function room before or after the event.- Shampoos and maintains the cleanliness of all carpets.- Clean and polish (if necessary) equipment, wood panel, railing, signage at public areas and offices.- Clean and wipe mirror and glass wall/window/doors, potted plant, flower vase, decoration leave etc.- Collect and dispose the garbage/ rubbish at public areas.- Inspects the public area facilities. Report malfunction to Supervisor to raise Work Order if necessary.- Record the cleaning and maintenance activities in the relevant forms and log book.- Perform other duties as and when required.2. Changing Room- Clean and vacuums (if necessary) the changing room facilities such as counter cabinet, locker and surrounding area, dressing area, prayer room etc.- Clean and scrub the toilets areas such as floor, wall, shower room, partitions, pool etc.- Clean, wipe, dusting and polish the mirror, glass wall/window/doors, wood panel, railing, signage, furniture, flower vase and plant, decoration etc.- Clean the towels and combs.- Shampoos and maintains the cleanliness of all carpets.- Inspects the locker, keys, hanger, Jacuzzi, hair & hand dryer, soap and tissue dispenser and other items. Shall raise work order/ stock requisition if necessary.- Check and ensure jaccuzzi temperature is in order.- Record the cleaning and maintenance activities in the relevant forms and log book.- Any other duties as and when required.3. Room/ Villa- Cleans and vacuums the room/villa and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of all the facilities, furniture, fixture and fitting before release the room/ villa to Front Office.- Inspects the items and facilities in room/ villa and report any missing items/minibar consumption to respective personnel/ department.- Removes all the used items and replace with fresh items and replenishment of room amenities before release to Front Office.- Inspects the equipments and other facilities. Report malfunction to Supervisor to raise Work Order if necessary.- Responsible on the keys issued for daily duty purpose and ensure there is no misuse of the respective key.- Record cleaning and maintenance activities in the maid report checklist.- Any other duties as and when required.4. Linen/ Laundry- Collects the guest laundry from room/ villa and sent to laundry. After the laundry process, deliver the laundry to respective guest.- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the laundry area.- Assist in the monthly inventory inspection. Inform supervisor on missing/damage linen for further action.- Prepare the daily laundry summary and revenue report.- Control the issuance of uniform to employee.
