**MAIN SCOPE AND GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB**:Responsible in maintenance and care all Housekeeping area and equipment. Maintain quality of work to meet the Hotel standards.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:1. Maintain all equipment to be used in anytime needed.2. Maintain cleanliness throughout the Housekeeping Area.3. Under direct supervision, washes medicine cabinet, mirror and shelves, scrub tile floor, scours sink commode, tub and tile waiting, polishes all bathroom nickel.4. Washes pointed woodwork in bathroom.5. Dusts and washes bathroom radiator.6. Dusts and bathroom window shade.7. Washes cothes closet floor.8. Possesses full knowledge of emergency procedures of emergency response.9. Ensures that all staffs are aware of emergency procedures at all times.10. Attends scheduled employee training and periodic reviews on departmental responsibilities in case of emergencies.11. Being part of the Emergency Response Team (ERT) member in the hotel when the need arises.12. Ensures that all staff are aware of guidelines governing complaints handling.13. Encourages staff to make decisions at customer contact, and ensures staff is aware of the responsibility and established authority limits at all times.14. Personally, attends to all guest complaints immediately and initiates immediate resolution.15. Adheres to specified hygiene and personal appearance standards of the Hotel.16. Adheres to the provisions outlined in the Employee Handbook, Disciplinary Code and Rules & Regulations.17.
