Details of the offer

**Job Descriptions**:- Handling in recruitment process such as posting job ads, arranging interview and onboarding of new recruits.- Assisting with payroll by providing up-to-date staff information such as staff attendance, leave record, overtime hours, etc.- Assisting in preparation on promotion letters, confirmation letters, salary Increment letter and other HR related letters.- Be responsible office general administrative tasks such as license renewal, office supplies and stationery, office maintenance, etc- Providing administrative support including various HR documentation, filing, coordinating, and following up on pending matters.- Managing and maintaining all employees' personnel records, enter new data, and keep an up-to-date information.- Attend to employees' queries pertaining to HR policies.- Assist in issuance of memo for any announcement from Management.- Any ad hoc tasks assigned from management from time to time.**Job Requirements**:- Diploma or Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources.- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Strong communication skills, interpersonal and people skills.- Able and eager to self-learn, able work independently, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, and some other IT knowledge.- Good in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- What is your expected salary?- How long is your notice period?**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
