Responsible to update company internal databases and records such as Staff Annual Leaves, Staff Medical Leaves, Letter of Appointment and Letter of Terminations and Warning Letter.- Liaise with external parties such as, Perkeso and KWSP.- To prepare Business License renewal documents for submission to Kementerian Dalam Negeri- Responsible to prepare Letter of Appointment for Local Security Guards- To process and key in monthly salaries for employee and release the payments.- To keep daily transaction in files- To check and monitor the Petty Cash records for Operations such as Touch n' Go reload, minor repair and maintenance and fuel- Authorize to release monthly payments such as rental, utilities, fuel, van deployment, car and van instalments, KWSP, SOCSO and HRDF- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required- To monitor the stocks availability for Security Guard Uniform and to make the ordering- To check Petty Cash for Operations- To check staffs' Monthly Claims- To keep track and make payment on monthly utilities expenses such as TNB, Indah Water and TM- To check and keep track on usage of office car; fuel, Touch n' Go reload, and repairs- Incharge and assist on subsidiaries of the company.- Any other responsibilities as instructed by superior**REQUIREMENT**- Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia and English- Possess own transport- Must be independent with strong willingness to learn.- Ability to multitask, strong in organizational & administrative skills and can work under pressure.- Willing to work over time and travel to on-site- Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractPay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Free parking- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 05/06/2024
