Details of the offer

Job Description- Responsible for full spectrum of HR and Admin functions which included payroll, administration, training and development and other HR related support.- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law- Engage in the full cycle of training process, such as map out annual training plans, design and develop training materials, evaluate training programs, and etc.- Monthly reporting on training related information, which includes the reporting of employee accreditation numbers.- Consolidate and prepare monthly HR Report for management review.- Handling and dealing with employee's related issues such as disciplinary process, misconduct investigation and grievances process.- Assist in foreign worker related matters.- To update and maintain accurate personnel report and proper filing system.- Perform any ad-hoc duties or assignment when assigned by Superior.**; Requirements**: - Job Requirements- At least 2 years of working experience in the HR or related field is required for this position.- Able to work under pressure and perform independently with minimum supervision.- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be additional advantage.- A good team player with good planning, organizing and communication skills.- Good knowledge in Malaysian Labor Laws and well verse with the current HR practices- Experience in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
