Job Responsibilities:- Handling employee relations, overseeing attendance, payroll, benefits and recognition programs.- Organizing and maintaining personnel records- Handling of foreign worker matters such a hostel, permit, passport renewal, fomema, visa, insurance and etc.- To manage and control employee benefit utilization such as claims, leave, medical and stationary.- Managing office operations and maintaining a clean and organized office area.- Coordinate recruitment activities such as interview arrangements.- Maintain HR records and administrative records- Working with external vendors, insurance agent, stationery supplier, JPJ, MPKJ, DBKL & etc to ensure legal complianceJob Requirements:- Diploma / Degree holder in HR/Business Administration/Humanities/Psychology etc- At least 2 year and above of experience in related field.- Conversable in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and people management skills- Self starter, fast learner, independent and prepared to work under pressure- Own transport and able to travel outstation**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Attendance bonus- Overtime pay- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- What is your notice period ?**Experience**:- HR Generalist: 2 years (required)Willingness to travel:- 50% (required)Application Deadline: 05/31/2024Expected Start Date: 06/01/2024
