Responsibilities:- Oversee the full spectrum of HR duties, including leaves, training, recruitment, and managing onboarding and exit processes.- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, Employee Handbook, and organization chart to ensure accuracy and compliance.- Manage staff welfare and benefits programs, handling employee disciplinary issues and addressing grievances.- Take full responsibility for the monthly payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and prepare timely submissions of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and INCOME TAX).- Analyse and implement manpower needs to ensure adequate staffing for the warehouse operations.- Follow up Area Executive's work schedules and plans.- Prepare various employment-related correspondence, including confirmation letters, resignation letters, HR Memo, and other official documents.- Prepare meeting agendas and minutes as required, ensuring accurate documentation of discussions and decisions.- Provide administrative support, including maintaining uniform inventory reports and handling office-related tasks.- Act as the point of contact for all outlets regarding expenses claims, office management, and rental matters.- Oversee and manage travel arrangements, including flight tickets and hotel bookings.- Perform other related responsibilities and ad-hoc duties as required by senior management.**Requirement**:- At least 5 years' of relevant HR experience in full spectrum of HR activities- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities- Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia- Five (5) working days per week and must be willing to work in Yong Peng, Johor**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Signing bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Yong Peng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 4 years (preferred)- Human Resources Management: 4 years (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)Expected Start Date: 11/13/2023
