Details of the offer

Job Description: In charge of overall human resource and office administration matters such as recruitment & selection, manpower planning, compensation & benefit, training & development and administrative related matters. Managing the payroll function, oversees each payroll run and ensures it is completed accurately and on time. Provide and advise management and staff on HR management, work place relations and matters within the interpretation of relevant Malaysia Labour Acts and Regulations. Maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures. To liaise with government office pertaining employee related issues especially with IR Department, Labour Office and any other related government body. Managing and renew annually for permit, license and service agreements. Oversee and take charge of group of companies Support and assist on basic IT issues. Performs other duties as assigned.   Requirement: Candidate must possess at least a STPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or has relevant experience. Preferable with at least 5 years of working experience as an HR Manager with experience in managing a small team. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin Good knowledge and experience in local Malaysia Labour Law (EA 1965), Industrial Law (1967). Must possess knowledge of Malaysia Statutory requirement e.g EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income tax & HRDF etc. Multi-tasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
