Job Description 1) Developing and implementing HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.2) Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.3) Managing their recruitment and selection process.4) Nurture a positive working environment.5) Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.6) Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.7) Implementing continuous improvement program for the staff by implementing Training and Development Program, Career Development and Retention Program.8) To succeed the Training & Development, Career Path Development and Retention Program in order to keep talented people stay in the company.9) To conduct domestic Inquiry (DI) whenever there is a need against default staff.10)To succeed the exclusive 20-70-10 Program in order to drive the company to meet future.11)To liaision with governmental bodies (EPF / SOCSO / LHDN / JTK / Industrial Relation and others) to ensure the legality and compliances matters.12)To coordinate on “Train-The-Trainer Program”, supervise, evaluate from time to time for the results, and discuss with superior for rectifying the variances.13)To support other Jobs and Assignments from time to time. Job requirement - Degree holder in related field.- Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR field.- Fluent speaking / written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Specializing in Human Resources & Training & Development- Able to work independently with strong responsibility characters.- Excellent communication and strong leadership skills to lead a division.- Full-Time position.
