Details of the offer

**Responsibilities**:- In charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of office administration and HR functions.- Documents preparation, ie letter of offer, contract renewal and control- Internal and external liaison, ie. with inter-department, co-workers, suppliers etc- Handling of incoming and out going documents.**Requirements**:- At least 5 years HR and Admin hands on experience- Communication, active listening, follow up and negotiation skills.- Skill: Microsoft 365 ie. Teams, Excel, Words. and strong power point skills.- Language required : English and Bahasa**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)**Experience**:- Administration and Human Resource: 5 years (required)
