Details of the offer

To cover the full spectrum of HR & Admin with strong dynamic leadership disposition to support Company and all departments on any matters related to HR & Admin. - To manage all human resources related activities including recruitment, compensation, career development, performance management, employee relations, training, personnel affairs and administration. - Implement HR and Administration SOPs and process flows. - Be a people's person for effective dissemination of affirmative company's and management's directives and pertinent information. - Oversee recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads. - Conduct interviews with stakeholders & follow through with hiring processes. - Conduct new employee induction. - Maintain and update all human resources records such as new hires, employment confirmation, extension, termination, resignation. - Handle monthly payroll and salary reports. - Monthly submission for KWSP/SOCSO/EIS/PCB and yearly filing for employee earning and staff EA. - Prepare annual manning & department budgets, manpower planning, organisation structure and organisation charts. - Implement and monitor with stakeholders on employee performance evaluation across the board. - Lead HRA team efficiently with strong leadership guidance and provide training for competencies. - Analyse, develop and implement HRA policies, Employee Handbook, JDs and SOPs. - Implement & support gap analysis where appropriate in HRA & all departments that coincide with management's aspirations for company's business growth plans. - Carryout investigations into employee misconduct & related issues and institute due processes including D.I. and appropriate actions. - Carryout counselling & coaching session with employees, where applicable, to ensure compliance to the expected standards of competence and corrective behaviours of employees. - Carryout planning & implementation of training & development programmes. - Liaise with Heads of department for employees' compliance with rules, policies and SOPs. - Liaise with relevant Government/Statutory authorities in regards compliance with laws. - Maintain company directory and other organizational charts. - Establish, maintain, and update personnel files and to ensure confidentially of all records. - Provide support and advise stakeholders & management on Employee Relations & Welfare activities. - Compliance with OSHA, for formation of Safety & Health Committee and oversee implementation of relevant policies. - Attend to staff/Hod formal/informal grievance and provide feedback to management for necessary actions & solutions. - Submit periodical HR & Admin report to management - Responsible for all general office administration activities including purchasing, refurbishment of office, stationaries & pantry items, dealing with building management and others. - Able to handle admin work e.g. staff monthly claims, - Any other ad-hoc tasks when required.Incorporated in 1946, Heng Seng & Company (HSC) began as a trading company in British Malaya. It has traded a variety of everyday goods such as toothpastes, toothbrushes, sundry goods, liquor, garments, sewing machines, stoves, radios, motorcycles and rubber estates. Mr. Tan Thiam Hawk, our late founder, first learnt of Liquified Petroleum Gas or LPG and its uses when he was studying in a boarding school in Singapore. Thus, shortly after HSC became operational, Mr. Tan wrote a letter to Shell to express his interest in distributing LPG in British Malaya. The rest is history. HSC is today the first and the oldest LPG distribution company in Malaysia. Presently, HSC is the distributor for MYGAZ and Petron covering the East Coast while Solar Gas covers the whole of Semenanjung Malaysia. For decades, we have established and maintained a significant presence in the East Coast of Malaysia, where our current market share in Kelantan and Terengganu stands at 43% and 16% respectively. In Kota Bharu, the capital of Kelantan, HSC remains a market leader as we are supplying 85% of the LPG needs in the city. Looking ahead, we aspire to be one of the leading LPG distribution and logistics corporations in Malaysia.
