Details of the offer

**Responsibility**- Manage and execute the company's payroll system comprehensively, including employee salaries, bonuses, allowances, and compensation.- Maintain accurate and timely records of employee wages and payroll sheets.- Handle employee payroll inquiries and resolve wage-related issues.- Manage employee offboarding processes, including handling departure procedures, settling final wages, and benefits, etc.- Manage employee attendance records to ensure accurate recording of working hours.- Assist in managing the company's administrative affairs, including office equipment maintenance, procurement of supplies, etc.- Support the day-to-day operations of other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the company.**Requirements**:- Must able to speak, read & write in English & MANDARIN- Required Skill(s): SQL Payroll System and familiar with MS office**Benefits:- **- Entitled to 11 days for public holidays- Entitled to 12 days annual leave, extra 1 day per year, maximum to 22days.- EPF, SOCSO, EIS- Medical allowance- Dental allowance- Pantry allowance- Yearly bonus**Working Hours**:- 7.5hrs/per day, 5 days per week (alternate half day for Saturday)**Working Location**:- Eco Palladium, JB**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusAbility to Commute:- Johor Bahru (required)Ability to Relocate:- Johor Bahru: Relocate before starting work (required)
