**Responsibilities**:- Collect and analyze training needs based on the company's strategic direction, business objectives, and employees' performance reviews.- Establish a training master plan in accordance with training needs and business objectives.- Carry out, maintain and improve training and development operations to enhance its effectiveness.- Administer and coordinate various in-house and external training programs & logistic matters with effectively.- Monitor and report on HRDF matters.- Involve in staff orientation program and conduct briefing.- Regularly report on the training outcomes and evaluation summary as well as provide feedback and report to superior- Manage Foreign workers matter (such as renew permit / medical / hostel- To participate in full spectrum of HR scope for all Employment and Industrial Relations activities including handling matters relating to disciplinary action, staff grievances, counselling and staff misconduct including local & foreign worker.- Performing any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors and/or the Management whenever required**Requirements:- **- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management or equivalent.- Preferably Junior Executive with at least 1 years related working experience in manufacturing environment.- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply- Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point- Able to work with minimum supervision and good interpersonal skills.- Able to perform multi-tasking job and meet tight work deadline.- Can speak in Mandarin, English and Malay- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and people management skills- Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies- Awareness of highly confidential information, good communication skills, willingness to learn and enjoy exploring in HR field.- Immediate availability is preferredPay: From RM2,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus
