**Job description**- Administer full spectrum of payroll administration (SQL system).- Advise on HR policy and procedures- Monitor absence levels- Support investigations- Recruitment: including advertising, collating CVs, arranging interviews, new staff onboarding- Preparing letters including show cause letter, warning letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter etc- Communication and employee engagement- Handle office maintenance- Any ac-hoc task from management**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonus**Education**:- STM/STPM (preferred)**Experience**:- Payroll: 2 years (preferred)- SQL: 1 year (preferred)
