We offer an employer-sponsored group health insurance solution called Nonstop Healthto achieve this goal.**What Nonstop is Looking For**:We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator who would report directly to the Director of HR and support the HR department. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others and is highly organized and deadline-driven with a great attitude. If you have successful experience in human resources and/or providing professional support to executives, managers, and other leaders within a company this may be a great fit.**Requirements**:**Primary Responsibilities**:- Update and maintain personnel records- Prepare HR-related reports- Assist with administrative duties such as the company newsletter and employee functions- Assist with recruiting by coordinating interviews, gathering and maintaining documentation, and communicating with other departments- Assist with employee onboarding by coordinating with other departments- Handle moderately complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues under general supervision while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff- Receive and relay messages and respond to varied routine administrative requests- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments- Assist with employee leaves and other status changes within the company- Assist with open enrollment and the preparation thereof- Assist with updating the HR, payroll, and benefit administration systems- Learn various HR task/responsibilities to effectively assist when needed- Complete and support HR with various Ad-hoc projects- Willingness and ability to be on camera during all meetings with HR and when meeting with other departments.- Other duties as assigned by the Director of HR.**Requirements**:**Required Skills, Experience, and Education**:- HIPAA and Healthcare compliance knowledge is required- Customer support experience- Confidentiality is a number one top priority!- 2 to 3 years experience in an HR support role- 2 years of experience using Paylocity with admin-level (or higher) access- Proficient experience with MacBooks and working in a Google environment (docs, slides, sheets, drives, etc.)- Dynamic problem solver and highly motivated- High School diploma or equivalent GED is required- High-Speed internet connection with reliable service is required- A dedicated workspace free from distractions is required**Perks and Compensation**:- Full-time/ Hourly- Fully remote position/ Work From Home (WFH)- $28.85 per hour- 401(k) plan participation with employer-matched contributions.- Internet Reimbursement.- Full medical, dental, and vision benefits with 100% employer-paid premiums.- Education Reimbursement**Physical Requirements**:- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer per day.- Repetitive use of fingers, hands, elbows, and arms including typing, reaching, grasping, and writing.- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and carry 5-30 pounds occasionally.- Hearing and speaking ability sufficient to carry on a conversation with another individual (or groups of individuals) in person and over the telephone and video communication.- Visual ability is sufficient to read and produce printed material and information displayed on a computer screen.Nonstop provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.This policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.**Salary**: RM1,134.95 - RM2,461.27 per monthSchedule:- Day shift
