**Responsibilities**:- Administer monthly payroll with all allowances, OT claims, expenses claims and etc. are processed efficiently and accurately.- Able to generate and manage all relevant statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax.- Liaise with government statutory bodies such as EPF, PERKESO, LHDN, Immigration, etc.- Managing the recruitment of foreign workers, coordinating with foreign worker agencies, and liaising with relevant government departments.- Update panel clinics on new hires and terminations.- Adapt to extensive changes in work culture, compliance, safety, team building, and leadership development.- Understand and adhere to all relevant labor laws and set up necessary account information for new employees.- Create company policies based on best practices and establish SOPs for new incidents for future reference.- Regularly review and assess employee progress, address grievances, and implement corrective measures to resolve issues.- Conduct orientation programs and continuously educate employees on company policies, including work expectations, appropriate attitude, and professionalism, and keep the employee handbook updated.- Process, verify, and maintain personnel-related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence.- Prepare letters and memos for various employment-related matters.- Communicate and interpret HR policies and procedures for managers and employees.- Support employee engagement activities and events within the company.- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the General Manager or Director.**Requirements**:- Possess Diploma/ Degree- Proficient in Human Resources (HR) processes and procedures- Experienced in HR management and administration- Capable of coordinating training activities- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Well-versed in labor legislation, particularly regarding employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurancePay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to Friday- On callSupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus
