Hr Analyst (1Year Contract)

**Human Resources Support**:- Collaborate with the Singapore HR team to assist in various HRIS activities.- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism.- Generate custom reports and analytics to support HR and business needs- Accurately input and update employee information in Workday- Document Policies for the organisation and update it regularly on company portal**IT Proficiency**:- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Efficiently organize and manage data to support various business functions.- Generate reports and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.- Conduct regular system checks to maintain data accuracy**Workday Experience (Added Advantage)**:- Familiarity with Workday software is an added advantage.- Assist in data entry and management within the Workday system.- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving basic Workday-related issues.**Requirements**:- Diploma in HR / Business Administration or relevant field- _**Minimum 2 years **_of relevant working experience- Strong written & verbal communication with interpersonal skills- Familiarity with _**Workday software**_ is an added advantage.- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: RM3,800.00 - RM4,100.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- HR Analyst: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Klang (required)
