Hr Analyst (Administration) - Klang

**Human Resources Support**:- Collaborate with the Singapore HR team to assist in various HRIS activities.- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism.- Generate custom reports and analytics to support HR and business needs- Accurately input and update employee information in Workday- Document Policies for the organisation and update it regularly on company portal**IT Proficiency**:- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Efficiently organize and manage data to support various business functions.- Generate reports and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.- Conduct regular system checks to maintain data accuracy**Workday Experience (Added Advantage)**:- Familiarity with Workday software is an added advantage.- Assist in data entry and management within the Workday system.- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving basic Workday-related issues.**Qualifications**:- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.- Strong written & verbal communication with interpersonal skills- Additional experience in Human Resources is highly desirable.- Familiarity with Workday software is an added advantage.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM4,200.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonusApplication Question(s):- Do you possess own transport?Ability to Commute:- Klang (required)
