**Responsibilities**:- Assist with the overall HR, payroll and recruitment tasks for clients and internal staffing.- Handle payroll processing, including input salary data in the system, calculating overtime, and deductions.- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture and enhance team morale.- Provide administrative support for HR-related activities, such as benefits enrolment, employee relations and planning employees activities.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Proven experience in HR, recruitment and payroll administration.- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.- Prefer can read and write Chinese.- Familiar with social media posting is a plus.**Benefits**:- Opportunities for career growth and development.- A supportive and collaborative work environment.- Flexible work arrangement.**About Us**:Founded in 2008, PeopleLAKE stands as a unique provider in Malaysia that offer a wide range of tailored HR solutions.
