**HR Assistant | Up to 3K | Johor, Tangkak**- **Industry**:Manufacturer of cutter, grinder & abrasives- **Benefits**:5-day week, performance bonus, medical, EPF, SOCSO, etc**Job Description**:Human Resources:- Help onboard new employees, ensuring all paperwork is completed and training schedules are coordinated.- Maintain employee records ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.- Support the benefits administration process, including health insurance, leave management, and other benefits.- Assist in organizing training and development initiatives.- Respond to HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.- Help in conducting employee performance reviews.Administration:- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency.- Handle organizational and clerical support tasks.- Support the planning and coordination of events, meetings, and appointments.- Update and maintain company databases.- Handle queries from managers and employees.- 5 working days (8.30am - 5.30pm)**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shiftApplication Question(s):- Do you have any Diploma/Degree.
