Responsible:- Maintain and adequate inventory of office supplies (stationary)- Maintain and adequate inventory of administrative form- Advertised job vacancy on Job Store web- Screen job applicants and forward to HOD for further action- Prepare thumbprint for new coming worker- Prepare ID card for new employee- Monitoring foreign worker passport expiry- Assist in foreign worker salary calculation- Update Annual Leave & Medical Leave record- Records employee training for internal & external- Prepare ISO document for departmentQualification / Knowledge / Skill Requirement:- Must possess a Diploma in any related field or equivalent.- Computer literate**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: From RM1,700.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Parental leaveSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonusExpected Start Date: 05/13/2024
