Interview Coordination:- Collect feedback from interviewers and assist in the decision-making process.3. Documentation and Offer Management:- Assist in creating and managing employment contracts, payslips, and relevant documentation.- Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations.4. Prepare Final Payroll:- Compile and review attendance records, timesheets, and relevant data for accurate payroll processing.- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams for timely salary disbursement.- Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies from employees.- Stay informed about changes in tax regulations and other statutory requirements affecting payroll.5. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:- Ensure accurate completion of new hire paperwork during onboarding.- Coordinate offboarding, including exit interviews and necessary documentation.- Manage access and accounts for new hires and departing employees in collaboration with IT.6. HR Data Management:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system.- Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.- Assist in auditing HR data for accuracy and compliance.**Requirements**:- BS/BA Degree or higher in Human Resources, International Business, Accounting, Law, or related fields.- Proficiency in MY/SG labor laws and regulations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese.- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Proficiency in Excel.- Ability to work independently.**Working Hours**:Monday-Friday: 9.00 AM - 6.00 PM**What We Are Offering**:- Basic Salary: 3000-4500MYR- On-the-job training & a great working environment- Excellent career progression opportunitiesIf you are passionate about art education and possess the skills and qualities we are looking for, we would love to hear from you.
